The Role

You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions, shared ownership, and new builds
• Help-to-buy and other scheme-based transactions
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Solid experience handling a residential property caseload
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
