This is a modern, forward-thinking firm which is experiencing growing success and reputation and is now looking to expand the Property department. There will be good support from this small friendly team and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with some very professional colleagues.

Your role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

– Supporting a Partner in the Residential Conveyancing Team

– Audio and copy typing

– Carrying out searches

– Submitting Applications to the Land Registry and Inland Revenue

– Taking and managing phone calls

– General administration duties
