A leading regional firm seeking an experienced residential property solicitor or legal executive to join their award-winning team
The role will be carrying your own varied caseload of residential property matters to include: sale files, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership.
You should confidently manage your own files and uphold the firm’s high standards, working on sales, purchases, remortgages, freeholds leaseholds, and transfers of equity.
