We are currently seeking a Senior Residential Property Lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join a prestigious and dynamic law firm in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced individual to take the next step in their career and play a pivotal role in a thriving residential property team.

About the Role:
As a Senior Solicitor in this team, you will manage a varied and complex caseload of high-value residential property transactions. Your expertise will be key in advising on all aspects of residential real estate, including sales, purchases, development work, leasehold transactions, and complex remortgages. This role also offers a chance to take on a mentoring and supervisory role, supporting junior team members and contributing to the strategic direction of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead complex residential property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes for clients.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of property matters, including high-net-worth sales, acquisitions, and leasehold matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored and strategic legal advice.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the residential real estate team, actively participating in business development initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and legal changes affecting residential property.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in residential real estate law.
• Extensive experience in handling complex and high-value residential property transactions.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring junior solicitors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining a high standard of service.
