Our client is currently looking for a dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing team. Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, working with clients on everything from house sales and purchases to leasehold and freehold matters. You will be an integral part of a well-established team, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a smooth process for clients throughout their property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and new build transactions.
• Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law, including conveyancing, leasehold issues, and property disputes.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
• Keep clients informed throughout the process, managing expectations and providing timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent customer service at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2-5 years of experience in residential property law.
• Strong experience in handling residential property transactions.
• Excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.
