About the Role:

Join an esteemed firm based in Norfolk as a Residential Conveyancer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the thriving property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with approximately 2 years or more of PQE to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and handle all aspects of property transactions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Provide expert advice on various property-related issues, including land law and conveyancing regulations.
• Ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proficiency in handling a varied caseload independently.
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
