Position: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Hybrid

Location: King’s Lynn or Ely

Our esteemed client, is currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their client’s dynamic team. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work out of Ely office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently manage a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters independently.
* Provide expert legal counsel to clients on property transactions.
* Oversee and coordinate the entire conveyancing process from initiation to completion.
* Facilitate communication with clients, solicitors, and other pertinent parties to ensure seamless transactions.
* Stay informed about changes in property laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

* A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing or equivalent.
* Thorough knowledge of property laws and regulations.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated proficiency in handling intricate conveyancing cases.
