The Role

You will work within a highly regarded Real Estate & Projects team, advising on a wide range of matters including:

• Commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, and disposals
• Large-scale development projects and infrastructure schemes
• Regeneration and energy projects
• Joint ventures, funding, and investment work
• Supporting clients across sectors such as real estate, energy, local government, and healthcare

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in real estate and/or projects (PQE level flexible as a guide)
• Strong technical skills across property, development, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a leading national practice
