Real Estate Legal Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Solicitor/Legal Executive to join an excellent firms Real Estate and Business Services Department. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients, focusing on property transactions and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with transactional property work including landlord and tenant matters.
  • Business services, providing legal support for business acquisitions and disposals.
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex property-related documents and contracts.
  • Work closely with property litigation department on contentious matters and liaise with external third-party providers for complex matters.

What you need:

  • Strong knowledge of property law and business services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
