About the Role:

• Position: Property Solicitor
• Location: London
• Firm: Highly regarded firm.

Your Role:

• Handling various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.
• Advising clients on residential property law matters.
• Conducting title reviews and preparing legal documentation.
• Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction.
• Residential Conveyancing, Freehold and Leasehold, Lease extensions and Remortgages.

What We’re Looking For:

• You should be confident to run your own files and maintain the high standards of the firm in general.
• Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and transfer of equity.
