About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic Solicitor who thrives on variety in your day-to-day work? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Property Litigation team in Cambridge. This role is open to NQ solicitors or those with up to 4 years of PQE. Ideally, candidates will have some experience in social housing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

The Property Litigation team works with a diverse range of clients, including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organizations, on a variety of contentious property matters affecting both commercial and residential sectors.

Types of Work:

• Adverse possession claims
• Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
• Advising on private nuisance and trespass
• Dilapidations
• Supporting transactional colleagues on complex property issues

• Capable of managing straightforward transactions and unfamiliar tasks with varying complexity
• Routine achievement of high standards in your work
• Ability to use judgment independently, with supervision as required
