An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor (circa 2-6 years PQE) to join a highly regarded disputes team. The role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of contentious property matters, acting for a diverse client base of landlords, developers, and commercial occupiers.

The Role
You will be involved in a wide spectrum of property-related disputes, including:

• Advising landlords and tenants on contested lease matters, such as arrears, renewals, dilapidations, and enforcement of covenants.

• Acting on insolvency-related property issues, including the appointment of office holders and recovery strategies.

• Handling development disputes, from rights affecting land (such as light and access) to restrictive covenants and overage arrangements.

• Managing possession claims and other contentious issues affecting property ownership and occupation.

The Candidate

We are looking for a solicitor with:

• Circa 2-6 years’ PQE in property litigation or a closely related area.

• Solid experience handling commercial landlord and tenant work.

• The ability to provide clear, strategic advice to clients on complex disputes.

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• A proactive and commercially focused approach to problem solving.
