We are working alongside a leading, Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire who are on the lookout for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Possession proceedings
• Property contract disputes
• Easements
• Trespass
• Leasehold Enfranchisement matters

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Experience managing a variety of property litigation matters
• Strong client management skills and commercial awareness
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management
