A leading firm in Reading is seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor at NQ level to join their highly regarded team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading legal 500 law firm, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region. The successful candidate will be joining a leading team, with clear and transparent progression prospects, handling a variety of property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters to include boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, easements, nuisance and trespass
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients
• Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient processes
• Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex property litigation matters as required

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor / legal executive from NQ Level, with a background in Property Litigation
