A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in London is looking to appoint a Projects Solicitor to join its established and growing projects and infrastructure team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position will offer exposure to a broad range of high-quality work, including:

• Advising on infrastructure, energy, and development projects across both public and private sectors
• Drafting and negotiating project agreements, joint venture arrangements, and commercial contracts
• Supporting on project finance transactions and related documentation
• Advising clients on procurement processes, risk allocation, and regulatory matters
• Working alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex, multi-party transactions
• Coordinating with finance, real estate, construction, and corporate teams
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
