Your Role:

  • Represent clients in disciplinary proceeding before regulatory bodies.
  • Provide expert legal advice on professional conduct and regulatory issues.
  • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and regulatory bodies to gather and present evidence.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and submissions.
