About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
• Provide tailored legal advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
• Handle complex estate planning issues and tax considerations.
• Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to progress cases efficiently.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the private client department through proactive engagement and collaboration.

Criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law.
• Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload of private client matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
