About the Role:

Join a well-established regional firm based in Surrey as a Private Client Solicitor, focusing on providing high-quality legal services to individual clients. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and to handle a diverse range of private client matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Provide expert legal advice and assistance to individual clients.
• Draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Participate in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the private client department.

Criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling a variety of private client matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
