My client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their reputable, Legal 500 firm in the Kent area.

The firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced private client team. As a Private Client Solicitor at the firm, you will have the opportunity to contribute to their legacy of delivering exceptional legal services while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Wills and Probate: Manage a diverse caseload, including wills, probate, and estate administration matters.
• Trusts and Estates: Provide expert advice on trusts, inheritance tax planning, and estate planning.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney: Guide clients through the creation and registration of lasting powers of attorney, ensuring their interests are safeguarded.
• Estate Planning: Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, offering insightful and tailored solutions.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering clear and practical advice tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a proven track record in Private Client law, will possess strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning matters, alongside possess excellent client care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services. You will also have the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently. A membership of the Law Society Private Client Section and/or STEP qualification is advantageous.
