A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing private client team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Advising clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
• Handling probate and the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
• Advising on trusts, trust administration, and lifetime planning
• Assisting clients with lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters where required
• Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice to individuals and families
• Supporting senior members of the team on complex estate planning and high-net-worth matters
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong professional relationships

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
• Excellent client care and communication skills
