Job Description:

Join our client’s prestigious law firm in Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
• Draft and review legal documents related to private client services.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in private client legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Represent clients in court, if necessary, and handle any disputes or litigation related to private client issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of UK private client legislation.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
