Senior Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – 5+ PQE

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a thriving, dynamic legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection cases
• Client Interaction: Liaise professionally with clients, providing expert advice and assistance in person and remotely as required
• Team Leadership: Supervise team members handling a variety of Private Client matters and support their professional development
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the private client department by fostering new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships
• Marketing Contribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create blog content and engage in other promotional activities

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a motivated individual who combines technical expertise with a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years PQE in private client law, with significant experience in wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and court of protection
• Management and supervisory experience of junior members of the team
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client interactions, and excellent decision-making abilities
