About the Role:

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor, to join a legal 500 firm based in Surrey and Southwest London. This is an excellent new position offering huge career potential, at a very successful firm. They are accepting applicant from NQ up to a more senior level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Provide expert legal advice and assistance to individual clients.
• Draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Participate in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the private client department.

Criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor, NQ +
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling a variety of private client matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
