A highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Kent is seeking a Private Client Partner to join its established and successful Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the practice.
The Role
Lead on a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Estates, Tax planning
Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex and sensitive issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, while developing new business opportunities.
Manage, mentor, and support a team of experienced lawyers.
Contribute to the strategic direction and continued success of the wider firm.
The Candidate
We are seeking a senior Private Client Solicitor ( Senior Associate / Director or Partner ) who can demonstrate:
Extensive experience in wills, probate, and trusts work.
A strong track record of client development and referral relationships.
Excellent technical knowledge with commercial awareness.
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
