Private Client Lawyer – Solicitor /Chartered Legal Executive

We’re currently working on behalf of a respected regional law firm to recruit a skilled and motivated Private Client Lawyer to join their established team.

This role is ideally suited for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between 2 and 5 years of post-qualification experience in private client work.

You’ll be managing a varied caseload that includes the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trusts, and Deputyship applications. The role also offers the opportunity to play a part in the wider growth and development of the department. You’ll benefit from full secretarial support to assist with administrative tasks.

While STEP membership is desirable, it is not essential for this position.

We’re looking for someone with a proactive and professional approach-an individual who can work independently, manage their own caseload confidently, and is committed to delivering an exceptional service to clients.
