About the Role:

Join a reputable regional law firm based in Wiltshire as a Private Client Fee Earner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our esteemed Private Client department, focusing on providing high-quality legal services to our valued clientele. You will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of private client matters, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their individual needs and objectives are met.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare correspondence as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law.
• Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of private client matters.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
