Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor – (4+PQE) – Essex

A very rare opportunity to join the management team at a leading multi-office firm in the Private Client department at a senior level.

We are keen to hear from candidates with at least 4 years PQE in the Private Client field, who have solid experience in Contentious Probate matters such as Power of Attorney disputes, Inheritance Act claims, defending claims by beneficiaries.

As a potential manager, you will be liaising with third parties, supervising more junior members of the department and be able to build effective relationships with referrers, clients and colleagues.

This role would suit an ambitious candidate who is looking to take that next major career step to a position with real progression potential, working closely with the Partners, you will have the support of a fantastic team, in a flexible firm with a regional presence.
