We have fresh instructions to recruit a NQ – 5 PQE Planning Solicitor into their Chambers ranked Planning and Infrastructure team, primarily based in their Hampshire office.

You will have gained some experience within the planning sector, and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will be supported in managing a caseload including a varied range of planning practice, both contentious and non-contentious. The team handles a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors. This will include delivering advice on non-contentious matters, such as strategic decision-making and advice, drafting and negotiating planning obligations and planning due diligence, for a range of mainly developer clients, but you will also have the opportunity to assist in contentious matters
