An established and progressive law firm in Oxfordshire is seeking a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor – or experienced Legal Executive – to join its growing PI team.

The Role:

* Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters including RTAs, EL/PL, and lower to mid-value litigated claims
* Assist senior team members on more complex files
* Engage directly with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel
* Work towards full file responsibility with ongoing mentoring and support

About You:

* Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Demonstrable experience in personal injury (training or previous role)
* Organised, client-focused, and eager to develop technical skills
* Confident communicator and team player
