Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious top 100 law firm in Sussex, seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2-5 PQE. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team and handle a variety of complex and high-value cases, including:

• Personal injury claims
• Clinical negligence cases
• Catastrophic injury claims
• Medical malpractice
• Employer’s liability
• Public liability
• Product liability

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of personal injury and clinical negligence matters
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
• Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support claims
• Liaising with medical experts and other professionals to obtain necessary reports and evidence
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
