About the Role: We are seeking a skilled PI / Clin Neg solicitor to join a reputable law firm in Essex, to specialise in clinical negligence and personal injury cases. This is a chance to work on a diverse caseload and make a genuine impact in clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of clinical negligence and personal injury cases from start to finish.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as needed.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of PQE in clinical negligence and personal injury law
- Strong track record in managing complex cases.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
