The Role

You will manage a diverse litigation caseload, including:

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Property and landlord/tenant disputes
• Debt recovery and insolvency matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Advising and representing clients through all stages of litigation, including mediation and trial
