Key Responsibilities:

• To handle a wide range of general litigation work to include areas such as landlord & tenant disputes, contentious probate, insolvency, and contract disputes, debt recovery
• Working closely with a range of clients to provide in depth and pragmatic advice.
• Independently managing your own caseload, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in case resolution.
• Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members to ensure the overall success of the team.

Desired qualifications and attributes:

• A qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE up to a more senior level
• Demonstrable strong experience in litigation, showcasing expertise in relevant areas.
