Civil Litigation (2+PQE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse range of complex civil litigation cases, including landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and contract disputes.
• Independently managing your own caseload, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in case resolution.
• Collaborating and liaising with third parties, such as Courts, Barristers, and Solicitors, to facilitate smooth case proceedings.
• Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members to ensure the overall success of the team.

Desired qualifications and attributes:

• A qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Demonstrable strong experience in civil litigation, showcasing expertise in relevant areas.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying self-motivation and initiative.
