Litigation Lawyer – 4+ PQE

About the Role:

Position: Initially, the job will broadly replace an existing lawyer’s caseload of mainly civil with some more limited commercial litigation work – with the current caseload split broadly as follows;

• Contested probate claims – 70%
• Other commercial and civil litigation, including professional negligence and construction disputes – 30%

• At least 4+ years solid experience of litigation work.
