As a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor with this distinguished practice, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse caseload and contributing to the continued success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Expertise: Manage a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Client Advocacy: Provide strategic advice and representation in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, ensuring the best interests of clients are safeguarded.
• Legal Research: Stay abreast of changes in legislation and case law, applying this knowledge to provide informed and effective legal solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
• Proven experience in handling a diverse range of litigation cases.
• Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in court.
• Excellent client management skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
