Our client, a dynamic and well-established law firm specializing in licensing matters, is seeking a skilled Licensing Solicitor with a focus on the pub industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented legal professional to join a thriving practice and contribute to the firm’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough legal research and providing expert advice on licensing issues within the pub sector.
• Assisting clients in obtaining and renewing licenses, including premises licenses and personal licenses.
• Representing clients in licensing hearings and appeals, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Advising clients on compliance matters and best practices in the context of licensing laws.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on licensing law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling licensing matters within the pub industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
