The Role:

• As a Legal Cashier, you’ll be a key player in the finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing client and office account transactions in compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines
• Managing electronic banking systems, including receipts, payments, and transfers
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
• Liaising with fee earners, clients, and the wider finance team to resolve queries
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a legal cashiering role, ideally within a Legal 500 or similar environment
• A thorough understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in legal accounting software
