A well-regarded firm in Sussex is seeking an experienced Leasehold Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist Property Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle quality leasehold work with the support of an established practice offering hybrid working, strong career progression and a competitive salary.
The Role
You will manage a focused and varied caseload relating to leasehold and residential property disputes, including:
- Lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage claims
- Service charge disputes and breach of covenant issues
- Disrepair claims and landlord and tenant disputes
- Advising managing agents, freeholders, leaseholders and property companies
- Conducting cases from instruction through to resolution, including tribunal and court proceedings
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong professional relationships

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in leasehold litigation or wider property litigation
- Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Professional, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service
