A well-regarded firm in Sussex is seeking an experienced Leasehold Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist Property Dispute Resolution team. The Role
You will manage a focused and varied caseload relating to leasehold and residential property disputes, including:

• Lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage claims
• Service charge disputes and breach of covenant issues
• Disrepair claims and landlord and tenant disputes
• Advising managing agents, freeholders, leaseholders and property companies
• Conducting cases from instruction through to resolution, including tribunal and court proceedings
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong professional relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in leasehold litigation or wider property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Professional, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service
