My client is seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their thriving team.
They are looking for a senior Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with at least 5 years experience up to a more senior level to join them, and provide expert advice and representation to clients in matters related to leasehold enfranchisement.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising on leasehold reform, collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, and related legal matters alongside with progression to supervising a team.
