A well-respected law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Land & Development Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property and Development team. The Role
You will handle a broad and high-value caseload relating to land, development, and strategic property work, including:

• Acting for developers, landowners, promoters, and investors
• Advising on site acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and negotiating promotion agreements, option agreements, and conditional contracts
• Handling overage agreements, infrastructure agreements, and collaboration agreements
• Supporting on complex development projects and mixed-use schemes
• Working closely with colleagues across planning, commercial property, and corporate teams
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in land, development, or commercial property work
• Strong technical knowledge of development transactions and associated documentation
