Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Associate Director in managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide support in the coordination of interviews and onboarding processes.
• Participate in training programs to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not required.
