About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to lead and expand a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction in insolvency and restructuring matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice.
• Provide expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Handle complex and high-value cases with proficiency and diligence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 10 years PQE in insolvency and restructuring law.
• Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
• Extensive experience handling diverse and complex insolvency and restructuring cases.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
