We are looking for an experienced Head of Private Client to join our highly regarded and long-established West Sussex based Client. They are looking for an accomplished, disciplined and client focused candidate who can lead the Private Client Department. Managing the team and delivering expert legal advice by overseeing a diverse caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax work, and Estate Administration.

Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive private client law experience
• Strong leadership, communication, client relationship skills
• Leading and managing a team, providing mentorship and support
• Managing diverse caseloads
• Delivered expert legal advice for high value clients
• Followed compliance and regulations, promoting best practices
• Driven business development initiatives, attracted and retained clients
• Reported on departmental performance
