Head of Compliance – Legal Practice

This exceptional forward-thinking firm is recruiting for an experienced Head of Compliance to ensure their legal practice adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and be experienced in a COLP position within a legal setting and be capable of implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
* Report any breaches of compliance to the relevant authorities promptly.
