Role Overview:

As a Family law solicitor within this esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to valued clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the continued success of the Family department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic abuse cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting Family law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise.

Criteria:

• Newly Qualified or recently Solicitor, with a strong background in Family law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a range of Family law matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
