The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce & financial settlements – advising high-net-worth and mid-market clients
• Child arrangements – complex cases involving parental responsibility
• Pre & post-nuptial agreements – drafting agreements for asset protection
• Cohabitation disputes – assisting unmarried couples with legal issues
• Mediation & negotiation – working towards amicable solutions where possible

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years’ PQE in family law (flexible)

Experience handling private family matters

Excellent client care skills – ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy

Business development mindset – keen to grow the department’s success

Ambition to progress – strong opportunities for career growth
