The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, providing sensitive and professional advice to clients on a range of issues including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence. You will work closely with clients to offer practical solutions and support, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial disputes, and child arrangements.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and, where necessary, in court proceedings.
• Drafting legal documents, including consent orders, divorce petitions, and financial agreements.
• Handling sensitive issues with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering them continuous support and advice.
• Managing a varied caseload, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality work.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified solicitor (preferably 2+ years PQE, but candidates with more or less experience will be considered).
• Strong background in family law, particularly in divorce, child law, and financial settlements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a clear, compassionate, and supportive manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy caseload.
• A proactive and client-focused attitude, with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Experience in family law litigation and court procedures is desirable.
