Employment Solicitor – Surrey

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an employment solicitor to join a regional firm in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity giving you tangible career progression and the chance to assist with the ongoing development of the department and firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Criteria:

• Approximately 2+ years of PQE in Employment Law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases.
• Experience representing both employers and employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
